I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I retain all rights to my work unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may not use my art for commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may NOT use my work to create NFTs under any circumstance.

You may NOT use my work for any sort of blockchain or cryptocurrency under any circumstance.

You may NOT use my work to train AI under any circumstance.

Personal use of your commission, such as avatars, icons, profile pics, etc. is allowed.

You may reupload your commission to your own galleries/websites is allowed as long as it is for non-commercial use, you do not claim to have made the work yourself, and that I am properly crediteed.

All payments will be made via Paypal invoices.

Payment for commissions is expected after approval of the sketch.

Partial refunds will be made depending on the progress of the piece.

Payment is expected up front for adoptables.

Adoptables are non-refundable.

You retain all rights to to the design purchases from me. However, I retain rights of the original artwork that I have created which means it cannot be used for commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may edit the character's design however you wish.

You may use the character/design for your own stories, art, prints, etc.

You may resell the design if you wish.

You may NOT use my designs for spreading hate such as promoting racism, bigotry, homophobia, etc.

When purchasing an adoptable I am willing to hold it for no more than one week.
